BAGS & PLATES FOR VACUUM PACKAGING

The vacuum bags that we offer combine the elegance of the presentation with the functionality of use.

The plastic bags for vacuum packing we are distributing are on one side very elegant and on the other very functional. They can be used either for hand-sliced ham, for sausages or even for sliced fish (like salmon).
The shelf life depends on the water content of the product. According to a biological survey conducted by us, a 36 month aged ham can endure a vacuum packing of up to 90 days.
These bags can be very helpful when talking about products very rich in flavours, for example black pigs products, or fish.
The vacuum sealing allows it to maintain its flavour for months, as above said.
There are black or green bags with a round window in the front, that can be opened and closed again by your customer at home, just by using an adhesive band present on the back of it. If the quantity in it is too much for a single use, it becomes very practical to open it and reseal it many times.
Every bag has to be used with its own plastic plate, or cardboard plate. It depends on the product you are slicing. A light product, such as hand sliced ham can be placed on a plastic bag; thick salami slices of salmon better on cardboard plate.
We have developed cardboard envelopes containing plastic bags, designed for
gastronomy shops but also wine shops, which want to marry the quality of the
product contained, the quality of the cut with the refinement of the presentation.
Cardboard envelopes are two sizes, one large and one medium, which can
accommodate either small envelopes or large envelopes.
They can have a neutral or printed front and back, with customized band or not.
